About Us
In this message I explain how Jesus is both seen in and has fulfilled the ancient biblical feasts that God commanded the Israelites to observe in Leviticus chapter 23. We will also discover the spiritual lessons that these feasts reveal to us today!
Often times we tend to view the God of the Old Testament as a strict Lawgiver and the God of the New Testament as a God of grace. In this message I show how God, “is the same yesterday, today and forever” (Hebrews13:8). By understanding the continuity of scripture, confusion is eliminated and believers are blessed.
Jesus didn’t come to start a new religion. In Matthew 5:17 He said, “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law and the prophets for I have not come to abolish but to fulfill.” Jesus and Paul saw themselves as proclaiming the completion of Judaism! The church today has become disconnected from her Jewish roots. In this message I explain how this happened, and help the church to understand that she has been grafted into the olive tree of Israel (Romans 11:17; Ephesians 2:12, 13).
This powerful message explores God’s commandment to the Israelites to observe the Sabbath. In this message we will come to better understand this fourth of the Ten Commandments, and how we can better apply it to our lives as Christians today. The Sabbath is about disconnecting from the world and focusing on God. Jesus said that “the Sabbath was made for man” (Mark 2:27). Through the practice of the principle of the Sabbath, the believer can gain a greater sense of God’s presence, and enter into a deeper place of rest.
The focus of this important teaching is not to make an issue out of which day of the week we dedicate to the Lord, but rather the blessings that come from taking one day a week and consecrating it wholly unto God.
